How many customers does this unblock? Does it affect daily workflows or edge cases? Requests with broad impact rise to the top.
Strategic fit
Does it reinforce Vela's core value — automating admin for Australian SMBs? Features that extend Inbox, Invoices, or Bookings are naturally prioritised.
Technical risk
We consider complexity and reliability risk. We'd rather ship a solid feature than a fast one that introduces instability into your critical business workflows.
Asked-by count
The number of distinct customers who have requested or upvoted an item. You can add your voice on the requests board — every vote is counted.
