Export or delete your data

Get a full archive of your workspace data, or request a complete erase.

You can export or delete your data at any time — it's your data, full stop.

Export

Settings → Account & Security → Export workspace.
We generate a ZIP containing: all triage decisions, all approved drafts, all invoice reminder history, all team membership records, and a manifest JSON.
The export link is emailed to you and expires in 24 hours.

Settings → Account & Security → Delete workspace (owner only).
We send a confirmation email — click the link within 60 minutes.
Once confirmed, all primary data is deleted within 24 hours. Encrypted backups age out within 35 days.
